Job description
Active Core Asset Management GmbH provides investment advice pursuant to Section 2 (2) No. 4 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpIG) and investment brokerage pursuant to Section 2 (2) No. 3 of the WpIG for the account and under the liability of [insert liability umbrella, e.g.: FIDUS Finanz AG, August-Schanz-Str. 30–32, 60433 Frankfurt] pursuant to Section 3 (2) of the WpIG.
Fidus Finanz AG holds a corresponding license from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) for the aforementioned investment services in accordance with Section 15 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpIG).
Active Core Asset Management GmbH is registered in the BaFin register under the number [TBA] as a tied agent of Fidus Finanz AG.
