Wilhelm is responsible for investment strategy and portfolio management at Active Core. As an experienced bond manager with an entrepreneurial spirit, he laid the foundations of our flagship fund and brings deep expertise in scalable, high-performance investment processes.

 

With over 30 years of experience in the fixed income sector, including at Commerzbank, IKB, Bankhaus Lampe, and Flossbach von Storch, Wilhelm combines institutional excellence with entrepreneurial clarity. He has held many years of management responsibility, including as Head of the Fixed Income Division and a member of the Asset Allocation Committee at Flossbach von Storch, as well as Head of Treasury & Trading at Bankhaus Lampe.

Petra is responsible for Sales & Marketing at Active Core. With international experience in supporting institutional investors, she ensures that our offerings are precisely tailored to the needs of professional investors.

 

She brings over 25 years of experience in institutional sales, including at Barclays, ABN AMRO, Commerzbank, and Arabesque. Her focus has always been on fixed income, alternative investments, and sustainable investments, with positions in Frankfurt and London. As an experienced relationship manager, Petra combines strategic partnerships with operational excellence in client contact.

Philipp is responsible for Business Development & Operations at Active Core. As a sales professional with technical flair, he builds bridges between product, sales, and investors.

 

After several years at Bloomberg, most recently as a Relationship Manager for institutional clients in the DACH region, Philipp moved into private capital markets. There, he supports technology-driven companies in building scalable sales and data processes. With his background in economics and data and extensive sales experience, Philipp brings operational strength and growth perspective to the development of Active Core.

Leonhard is a member of the Active Core Board of Directors and is responsible for structuring our investment solutions. With his legal and financial background, he ensures that our fund products are structured efficiently, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and in line with market requirements.

 

He previously held senior positions at MMWarburg, Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe, and HSBC, focusing on fund structuring, regulatory implementation, and capital market solutions. Leonhard's expertise at the interface between legal, product, and sales forms the basis for scalable structures and long-term partnerships.

Bernd Stotzka has more than 30 years of experience in the international financial markets.

His professional career began in a securities trading house, followed by the co-foundation and development of a logistics start-up, and further positions in a

international investment bank with a high level of responsibility in the Financial Markets division. In addition to his activities in his family office, Bernd Stotzka

on several supervisory boards.
